Hotels and resorts run on their own clock, and the best coverage respects it: getting-ready in real rooms, a ceremony that starts when the coordinator says so, and portraits slipped into the gap between cocktail hour and dinner. We coordinate with the venue team before the day so nobody is waiting on us.

Most Mystic couples book eight to twelve months out; peak summer and autumn dates go first. A signed agreement and the retainer hold your date, and the balance is due two weeks before the wedding.
